What helps us give you an accurate number
- Where the water appears — along the floor seam, from a crack, through the floor, under a window, or across a whole wall.
- When it happens — during rain, a day after, every thaw, or only in humid summer weather.
- Roughly how old the house is and what the foundation is: poured, block, or stone.
- Approximate basement perimeter in feet if you can pace it. This is the number that drives any interior quote.
- Whether it's finished, and what's in the way down there.
- Photos, wet if possible, with something for scale on any crack.
